"No other option", Shannen Doherty wants divorce from Kurt Iswarienko

According to USA Today, the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star, 52, filed for divorce from Iswarienko on Friday after 11 years of togetherness, confirmed her representative. They were married in October 2011.

In the statement, Leslie Sloane, Shannen's representative said  "Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted. Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option. She further indicated that Kurt's intimate involvement with one of his agents named Collier Grimm is the major reason for filing the divorce.

Earlier, In March 2015, Shannen was diagnosed with breast cancer but according to medical reports examined in August 2016, it had spread to her lymph nodes, as per USA TODAY. After undergoing a single mastectomy that year, she completed radiation and chemotherapy treatments in February 2017. At that time she announced she was in absolution two months later. She was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer at that time but she revealed it in 2020. She also talked about spreading awareness for the ailment on different platforms.

Recently, she posted on Instagram on Friday, that reads: "The only people who deserve to be in your life are the ones who treat you with love, kindness and total respect."

In February 2020, she disclosed on "Good Morning America" that she had a recurrence, and her cancer had spread." At the time, Doherty wrote on Instagram that she believed in her ability to navigate the tough phase in her life.

She captioned the above post“To say I have stress, is an understatement,”. "To say that I’m struggling is mild, but ... I believe that I will find my footing. I’ll dig deep for the inner strength I need to face it all.

She ended her statement by saying “I pray I do it all with dignity and grace. I have so much to say, so much to share. I will – for now ... please know how much you all help lift me."
